Since I was 5 years old, I naturally began to organize everything. Including, but not limited to, the kitchen. I would organize the grocery cart as the family went shopping. Sitting in the cart, placing things together and tetrus-style perfect fit. When we got home, I was placed on the kitchen counter to organize the canned goods, the pantry, the refrigerator.
As the years went by, I also organized the grocery list, studying nutrition on my own before or after school to fuel the running miles I had just discovered.
Years later, after college and while studying healing for my masters degree, I discovered the Newfoundland of Healing with Whole Real Foods.
Sparks began to fly.
I later attended The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City in conjunction with Columbia University Teacher’s College and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
I worked with many clients since then, helping them to holistically transform their kitchen, their lives, their relationship with food.
If you have questions about how to take your love and your kitchen to the next level, please reach out. There’s so much information to sort through. I can guide you through a more direct route to step into your higher calling- en route to your highest destiny & the contribution you are here to make.
We all know a lot in this arena, but integrating it, reorienting towards a new North Star, and remaining focused and consistent can be challenging. That’s how I can help. I’m accepting new clients right now and would love to connect with you. If you have questions, feel free to direct message me. I look forward to running with you toward your dreams!
